Technical Centre

RS Technical Center offers state-of-the-art services including Fit Technical Service,Sample Making and Computer Aid Design / Pattern Making facilities,all under one roof.It is the one-stop integrated technical hub of RS overseeing the company's pattern development,garment engineering, fit and workmanship analysis needs. It underlines RS's understanding of the strategic imperative to address development and "speed-to-market" requisites in today's fast moving fashion industry.

Fabric & Color

· Maintains an updated fabric and trim library both physically and online for inspiration and insights ready for development

· Develops exclusive fabric & prints for customers upon requests

· Manages raw material sourcing from development stage through to production

· Works with mills, laundries and in-house Wet Processing Department to conduct both in-house and third party testing, to meet customers’ requirements and expectations

· Regular evaluation of new and existing mills’ performance to ensure the effectiveness and quality of our raw material sourcing network

· Equipped with color spectrometer for online color evaluations and approvals by our in-house certified Colorists

Wet & Dry Processes

· In-house specialized wet processing team to work closely with designated laundry, fabric mills and chemical suppliers to achieve customer development requirement

· Experienced in DG with strong knowledge in wet processing to support and enhance buyer's design and development

· Constantly explore and update our business partners with latest techniques in wet & dry processing applications

· Stays on top of market trends in latest manufacturing processes and chemical product technologies

· Liaison with vendor technical support teams to assist them in refining their wet processing skills as well sharing information on equipment upgrade
